You’re not chosen as a graduate – you’re hired for a career!
During your two or three rotations in different teams, you’ll work with subject matter experts on real projects and tasks, while receiving training on the go.
You’ll meet and interact with your fellow graduates and build a strong network across the organisation and with other experts within your field. We look for graduates with a high learning ability, an international and innovative mindset, and strong analytical skills. In addition, we’re looking for graduates who have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the fields of:
- finance
- engineering
- business and procurement
- IT/digital
When you’re hired as a graduate as part of the graduate programme, you’re hired on a permanent employment contract from day one.
